SUMMARY:

Acts as a member of the strategic planning team with support of implementation teams as assigned. Responsible for playing a supportive role to key teammates working on designs around innovative business development processes including but not limited to research, development, and implementation of innovative business models and strategies. Provide research and communication support in the continued growth of the enterprise. Help organize and filter innovation pipeline.

Responsible for developing and designing innovative, dynamic and engaging business presentations incorporating data, graphics, charts, graphs and photography. Must be a critical and strategic thinker with a proven ability to aggregate, synthesize and communicate business information in formats that are clear and effective for the desired audiences. Responsible for performing business analysis of data, reports, processes and results in accordance with industry and internal performance standards. Translates project data from many inputs into useable decision-making information.



RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:

  • Participates in coordination and management of current and future strategic business opportunities. Prepares reports and documentation, as appropriate.
  • Performs initial research of new business concepts, while preparing and reporting findings to Strategic Planning and senior leadership.
  • Responsible for monthly performance reporting.
  • Prepare reports and documents for presentation to the the Company Board of Directors, as needed.
  • Plans and organizes meetings and working sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assesses project and business processes and makes recommendations to leadership.
  • Participate in proactive acquisition screening of potential targets.
  • Uses initiative and independent judgment within established procedural guidelines; develop and implement improved office procedures and technology; organize own work, set priorities and meet critical deadlines.
  • Participates in development of annual budget, goals and objectives.
  • Trains others on process, tools, and procedures.
  • Responsible for developing and successfully managing schedule, and project outcomes.
  • Maintains confidentiality of information processed, as appropriate.
  • Works with minimum supervision and exercises sufficient discretion and independent judgment.
