SUMMARY:



The Senior Analyst leads, plans, and coordinates assigned activities that provide administrative support to the board of directors, director selection council members, and executives.



RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:




  • Coordinates, plans, and develops activities that provide support to the board of directors, director selection council members, and executives, including script preparation for the chairman of the board and chief executive officer.
  • Coordinates and monitors departmental and divisional reports to assure timeliness and accuracy of data and recommends changes to achieve corporate goals for agendas.
  • Represents department and division on work groups and special assignments.
  • Researches, analyzes, and prepares appropriate documents, including draft minutes and summaries for the board of directors and related committees, to provide required information necessary to respond to legal interrogatories, to fulfill executive staff requests, or other business purposes.
  • Identifies and analyzes business problems and devises procedures and solutions to the problems.
  • Provides assistance and training to personnel as necessary.
  • Provides leadership team with status of projects.
  • Maintains and safeguards official records of all corporate level meetings to provide information for legal interrogatories, executive staff requests, or other business purposes.
  • Supports identification of industry leading publications or conferences that would benefit Advantage Solutions and assists with outreach to establish relationships, publish articles, speak at events, etc.
  • Supports preparation for industry conferences or external speaking events, including deck development, talking points, and conference logistics, planning, and coordination.

    EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS:



    EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT

    EXPERIENCE:



    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Relevant combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree. Continuous learning, as defined by the Company's learning philosophy, is required. Certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred and encouraged.



    EXPERIENCE:



    Three years experience in a related field with demonstrated technical knowledge that provides the necessary skills, knowledge, and abilities.



    SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES (SKA) REQUIRED:




  • Ability to support identification of data (e.g. numbers, facts, and figures) to enhance messaging and support research (organize data, develop charts, tables, etc.).
  • Excellent critical thinking and analytical skills, and the ability to take loosely formed ideas, coordinate them, and evolve them.
  • Ability to work in a time sensitive, rapid paced environment with shifting priorities and high exposure to Senior and Executive Leadership team.
  • Ability to build relationships with broad cross functional teams.
  • Ability to work with and empower others on a collaborative basis to ensure success of unit team.
  • Highly organized and structured.
  • Ability to effectively exchange information, in verbal or written form, by sharing ideas, reporting facts and other information, responding to questions, and employing active listening techniques
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft suite with an emphasis on PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Project.



    WORKING CONDITIONS:



    Work is performed in an office setting with no unusual hazards.
