COBX- Senior Health Services


This position will provide administrative and technical support to assigned department(s). The Technician-Project Coordinator performs a broad range of administrative duties supporting the department including serving as liaison for communications with team members, management and executive staff.


  • Assists supervisor and management with resolution of problems; conducts special assignments as requested and prepares reports and/or analysis, documenting the results with recommendations to management.
  • Assists with the design, development, modification, testing, implementation and maintenance of assigned systems. Troubleshoots problems in assigned area and submits recommendations.
  • Interfaces with other areas, both internal and external, to resolve problems.
  • Compiles and analyzes data to produce routine and non-routine reports, presentations, letters, communications and graphics.
  • Assists personnel (both internal and external) by answering questions, supplying information and training.
  • Provides administrative support services to director exercising discretion and maintaining confidentiality in handling work objectives.
  • Coordinates and schedules meetings
  • Prepares schedules, agendas, travel arrangements, and meeting materials for team
  • Manages Director's schedule to ensure appropriate time is allotted for meeting preparation (i.e. reading and creation of presentations), travel time, and provides appropriate meeting materials
  • Ensures working locations are reserved as necessary when away from home location
  • Assists director with resolution of problems, including reach-out/initiation and follow up
  • Conducts special assignments as requested and prepare/revise presentations, reports and/or analyses
  • Answers phone calls, relays messages and receives external visitors, using discretion and judgment
  • Assists leadership with department budget maintenance
  • Prepares and submits expense reports
  • Tracks and monitors expenses throughout the year
  • Orders and monitors department office equipment and supplies
  • Maintains department organization documentation including organizational charts, responsibility charts, and organization contact lists
  • Coordinates work station reservations for new hires as a part of on-boarding and also facilitates any personnel location moves
  • Prepares all requests for hardware and software and maintains the area's HW/SW inventory as required
  • Perform other related duties as required
