Job Description


Primarily responsible for managing large and small IT projects. Provides project management analysis, methodology, and coordination to more effectively identify, plan and implement IT projects. The Project Analyst will partner with Project Managers, Program Managers and development teams in supporting IT projects. Develops and revises project materials and maintains project documentation. Effectively communicates with project and resource managers, peers and business partners on deliverables, timelines. Successfully manages onboarding, offboarding and time management of multiple contractors and internal employees.


  • Managing people, budgets, and resources, planning, help with risk and issue management, communications, reporting, some vendor management, implementation, and closeout of projects.
  • Assists, supports, and provides analysis to project managers.
  • Assist IT project teams with driving identified projects to completion.
  • Assist in the identification and execution of critical path project activities while keeping the IT Leadership team updated as to the status of critical issues & risks.
  • Partner with team leads to drive out new project/program high-level scope, timing and cost to build investment case.
  • Maintains relevant project documentation and departmental procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing. This includes, but is not limited to project templates, project dashboards, process flows, and tools.
  • Work closely with departmental teams to assist in the smooth transition from project implementation to production support.
  • Actively participate in proactively recommending improvements to systems, services and the reliability of the overall IT Enterprise.
